I have an old 1987 Honda TRX 250 that I installed a snow plow with electric winch. It sits around usually during the summer so it doesn't see much action and battery can go dead after a few months. Anyway in the last 10 years I bought two new batteries for it,both right here.

Prices are better than anywhere else and I get free shipping to my door. Batteries always perform well and last several years or more-what else can you ask for ?

This the second Scorpion AGM battery I have purchased here. Both batteries were for different motorcycles. The reason I purchased the second battery is the performance of my first battery. I have had one battery for more than a year and it is still performing like new. I would recommend this battery to anyone wanting a dependable quality, reasonably priced battery.

Good product and good sale, a piece of thin cardboard under the nut may have accomplished the same thing as the old nut and bolt.

Came charged up and fit correctly.

Nuts and bolts that came with the battery were slightly short, I reused the old nuts and bolts. Everything worked correctly with the old nuts and bolts. Its only about a one thread difference between old and new.

Delivered fast. Battery works like it should and was economical.

About the aforementioned short bolt or too thin nut issue. Many people have commented that the bolts too short on the battery post. There is a space below the nut and the top of the post and therein lies the issue. My solution: pull the square nuts out of the old battery and use it as a spacer below the new nuts that comes with the battery. I stacked the nuts, slide them in and attached the cable to the post with the supplied bolt with no problem whatsoever.

Very small con, make sure you keep the bolts from your old battery if you have any accesories connected to the terminal. I only have a battery tender connected and the bolts with the scorpion are just a bit short, probably not impossible but a bit fiddly to get threaded. Another 1/16th to an 1/8th would have been perfect.

Nuts included not thick enough to reach ends of bolts during installation (or included bolts not long enough), but used previous nut/bolt from old battery and worked fine.

Nuts that came with the battery were slightly short so I used a piece of cardboard underneath nuts to get them to catch. Longer bolts would have saved about 10 min of installation time.

I have been buying these batteries for several years now. They have performed flawlessly, even when the atv or generator sits for an extended period. The batteries hold an excellent charge an cranking amps are very strong. I have replaced 8 batteries on 8 applications so far without an issue.

The great thing about the maintenance free battery is that you don't have to think about the water levels during the life of the battery. I thought the batteries still had to be shipped dry though. Batterystuff.com fills it before shipping so you don't have to fill it.

The battery came ready to use: filled and charged. The battery works great. It's been warm weather so I haven't had the chance to see what it cranks like in 40-50F degree weather. It came with the tender clamps which is a nice item to have. I have a Suzuki TL1000s and just to hook up a trickle charger to my battery is a pain in the rear. Not now with the tender clamps! Battery performs well as you would want and expect.

Perhaps in some Chinese made bikes, the batteries seem only to last 3 weeks without use, then require a charge and then fine with the same timing cycle. Perhaps batteries with at the next step up would avoid this but suspect it's more from the scooter's system not charging better.

A couple of times the replacement battery was physcally larger than the original, not a big deal, they still fit.

I will start to change out my other batterys with the Scorpion starting in 6 months after the winter where the cold takes it toll.

I have had this battery for about 6 months and I am very please and impressed. I use it to power a underwater light that we walk with to find flounder in the shallows. I have used all brands of 12-BS and this one is up there with the best. I'll let you know about it endurance in another 6 month.

Installed one of these in March of 2013. It's now January 2017, and it's been dropping hints that it has had enough. I've been topping it off with a charger one a week as it has been hesitating to start at times when I'm leaving for work. Today it hesitated as I was leaving work, which has not happened before. It was a much colder day than normal today (Florida), but it has lasted nearly 4 years even with the brutal heat. Went searching for a new battery tonight, and ended up ordering another one of these. Can't beat the price. I have Shorai lithiums (more than double the $$) in some other bikes, and have looked at the earthX lithiums, but for $63, shipped, ready to install, nothing else comes close. Hoping the new one lasts just as long.

The replacement (I had to pay $11 for shipping) lasted 25 months and right now will no longer hold a charge.

I do keep a (good) trickle charger connected all the time.

I expect a battery to last longer than either of those.

I this battery in 2012 . It just died today . It lasted 6 years ! I never used a tender on it . The bike sits all winter normally starts in the spring . It is a better product than I expected.
