The Universal Battery UB12220 is a deep cycle sealed lead acid AGM battery made by UPG (Universal Power Group) in their state-of-the-art facility. This battery is a sealed non-spillable battery that requires no addition of water during the life of the battery.
The Universal Battery UB12220 is a TRUE DEEP CYCLE battery. It can be mounted standing up or on its side, requires no maintenance, and may be transported by air or ground without any special handling regulations. When an AGM battery is charged no hazardous fumes escape the battery case as gases are re-integrated within the battery itself.
