How long does it take to charge an electric wheelchair?

Ideally, you should charge the batteries when the battery pack is 50% discharged. Letting your batteries drop below 50% can harm the battery pack. This can make the batteries wear out faster.
Wheelchair batteries at 50% will charge within 5 to 7 hours depending on the age of the batteries with the proper charger. While a completely discharged battery pack may take in excess of 11 hours to charge.
