Overview
The Samlex EVO-2212 is a 12v 2200-watt pure sine wave inverter charger. This inverter charger has a nominal input of 12 VDC and inverts it to produce 120 VAC. This allows you to run household devices off 12v battery power.
The EVO-2212 has a wide input range of 9.1 to 17 VDC and intelligently integrates a 100 Amp 4 stage Battery Charger and a 40 Amp Transfer Relay. The integrated charger has a programmable charging range of 12v to 16.5 VDC, with an amperage range of 0 to 100 amps. This makes it an advanced and affordable off-grid power solution!
The EVO-2212 features an external battery charging input often used for solar that accepts an input charging range of 13 to 16.5 VDC up to 50 amps! This input helps reduce the power required from the AC source for charging batteries and allows more power to be available to the load when the sun shines!

PLEASE NOTE: Many electrical devices require a good deal more Watts to start or energize than is required run once started. For instance an electric motor may require only 900 watts to run but need may 2300 watts to start. Please check with the manufacturer of your equipment to obtain minimum watts for starting operation of the equipment or device.Features
