Overview
The Xantrex 817-2080 is the Xantrex Freedom XC 2000 12v 2000-watt inverter charger.
The Freedom XC 2000 converts 12 VDC to 108/110/120 VAC. The unit features a 30-amp built-in AC-Transfer relay, allowing the inverter’s load to be transferred to the incoming AC while supplying power to the integrated smart charger to recharge the battery pack.
The Xantrex 817-2080's integrated 80-amp smart charger can be customized in 5-amp increments from 5 to 80 amps. The smart charger has pre-programmed profiles suitable for flooded, AGM, and gel batteries! The charger also features a custom charging option, allowing you to set charging voltages to your specific lead acid batteries.
PLEASE NOTE: Many electrical devices require a good deal more Watts to start or energize than is required run once started. For instance an electric motor may require only 350 watts to run but may need 1000 watts to start. Please check with the manufacturer of your equipment to obtain minimum watts for starting operation of the equipment or device.Features
