Like a new motorcycle again
Why is it called a butterfly instead of a flutter-by?
My bike's original battery was slowwwwly dying, figured I had just enough time to order a new one online instead of buying local. Thank goodness! Saved about twenty five bucks and had it at my door on the second day. Not sure how the heck they did that from Oregon to Florida, but hey, thanks. Cranks strong since I took it out of the box, and was easy to install.

Great battery so far and awesome service
The battery in my Yamaha R6 finally started taking a few more cranks to turn over than normal last winter. After some research, my choice was between the scorpion AGM and the shorai lithium. The first scorpion battery I received was damaged in shipping and I was promptly sent a replacement. The second battery worked great right out of the box and made apparent how bad my old battery had gotten. I definitely recommend the scorpion battery if don't want to spend the money for a shorai.

2003 Yamaha R6
This is the second Scorpion I've purchased for my 2003 Yamaha R6 and I think it's a great value. The first lasted 4 years of three season riding, then the abuse of sitting in my cold garage each winter here in Colorado with no battery tender and no starts. Good value for the price.
Cons:
Expensive for what it is, but compared to other alternatives it's a good value.
