The PulseTech SP-12 (Part# 735X468) SolarPulse is a 12v 12-watt solar battery charger and maintainer. The SP-12 kit features a 12-watt panel that outputs 750 mA and a PulseTech patented high-frequency pulse circuit.
The SP-12’s high-frequency pulse actively desulfates the battery and ensures the battery can start and release maximum power when needed. PulseTech’s high-frequency pulse helps to keep batteries fresher longer and has been known to extend battery life three times longer over non-maintained batteries.
The PulseTech SP-12 is virtually indestructible. The crystalline silicon cells are encapsulated in a clear polyurethane coating and mounted on a laminated aluminum substrate back plate less than ¼” thick. With no glass to break, the panel is virtually indestructible, weatherproof, and resistant to damage.

Charging so far
Using this to maintain a car battery that doesn't get used very much. I do wonder about the charge. It maintains the battery but at 12.52 volts, it seems low to me. I installed it in July. (2023)
I checked the voltage when the sun was shining, and the charge controller was flashing the red light. (charging) The battery still read 12.52 volts.

Hard to Tell
I installed the PulseTech SolarPulse SP-3 Solar Battery Charger Maintainer, 3 Watt, Blue. Once installed there is no test point to attach a volt meter, and no instruction as what to look for. It's installed on lid of tool box on trailer to keep emergency brake battery charged. The emergency battery is very small, but the trailer is park in RV storage lot with covered parking. I have pic's to share
