Overview
This charging kit ships with the Schauer JAC2024H charger with a grey SB50 connector and the SB50 grey-to-red adapter (SB50GreyToRed). This allows you to use this charger with an application that calls for either a grey or red SB50 connector.
The Schauer JAC2024H (part# 0891-75) is a 24v 20 amp fully automatic constant current charger that comes with an SB50 grey connector. Schauer chargers are electronic chargers that charge faster and more accurately than conventional chargers.
The JAC2024H provides an automatic three-stage charging. It starts with the Constant Current charge, switches to a Constant Voltage stage, and finishes with the Float standby mode. The float charge holds the battery at 100% ready state. The charger can be left on indefinitely without worrying about undercharging or overcharging.
This Schauer charger can be used worldwide and accepts and operates on a voltage range of 100 to 240 VAC and 50 or 60 Hz. The JAC Series charger will act as a power supply in conjunction with a battery hook-up. This charger is an excellent choice for 24v applications like scissor lifts, golf carts, small forklifts, etc.
