Overview
The Samlex America NTX-3000-12 is a 12v 3000-watt NTX series pure sine wave power inverter. The inverter features a wide input voltage range of 10.5v to 16.3v and outputs 115 VAC. Samlex’s NTX series inverters are FCC certified to ensure electrical interference is not an issue when operating near sensitive equipment.
The Samlex NTX-3000-12 has a NEMA L5-30R receptacle and ships with a mating plug that allows the customer to wire the inverter to custom applications. Every NTX series inverter ships with an NTX-RC remote control and 16 feet of cabling, which offers you the option to install the inverter out of sight but still control and view the inverter's status from the remote's location.
The NTX-3000-12 features a continuous AC output rating of 3000 watts and a surge rating of 6000 watts. The inverter has a variable speed fan that is load and temperature controlled for quiet operation. The highly efficient NTX-3000-12 has a 90.5% efficiency rating and a two-year limited warranty!
PLEASE NOTE: Many electrical devices require a good deal more Watts to start or energize than is required to run once started. For instance an electric motor may require only 900 watts to run but need may 2300 watts to start.
