How long to charge 36 volt golf cart batteries?
The average golf cart battery pack is approximately 220 AH. Ideally, we do not recommend discharging the battery pack more than 50% to get the longest life possible. This means that at 50% discharge, you must put approximately 110 AH back into the battery.
With a 15 amp golf cart charger, it could take approximately 8 to 10 hours. On the other hand, a 25-amp charger will work less and take approximately 5 to 7 hours.
